What english classes do we offer?

Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes in English

Vinyasa Flow Yoga combines sequences of highly effective yoga postures (asanas) with a powerful breathing technique (Ujjayi Breathing). You experience a creative flow of movement and breath. While holding the asanas and during the transitions from one asana to the next, your mind is focused on the moment, the here and now. Through your yoga practice, you center yourself and find inner peace and relaxation.
Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga adds elements of core work, inversions and arm balances to Vinyasa Flow, strengthening your (physical) center and body. Your deeper core muscles and pelvic floor will also benefit from this class. The practice improves your posture and keeps your spine upright and flexible. As the German saying goes, „Ohne Schweiß kein Preis“ (without sweat, no award) ** – there is no doubt that this style of yoga is both challenging and deeply liberating.

Pilates classes in English

Pilates focuses on training the deeper muscles of the body. Primarily, it strengthens the pelvic floor, abdominal, and back muscles. Exercises are performed from the center of the body. The so-called Powerhouse serves as the starting point for each exercise. The goal of Pilates is to help you achieve a better awareness of your body and an upright posture through a well-balanced full-body workout.Kursbeschreibung Pilates. This class is more for beginner students and held in English.

And when you start to feel comfortable with our classes in English feel free to visit our German classes. The Yoga context is a great opportunity learn the language especially in the area of anatomy. In this case we recommend to place yourself at the end of the yoga room either right side or left side so that you have a good orientation what the other students are doing.
